Rates

ARBITRATION

$200 per hour
One hour minimum
48-hour notice for cancellation
Hourly, half-day and full day sessions available
Daily maximum $1500 unless otherwise determined by statute or court rule
Extended session and evening hours available by prior arrangement
Statewide service is available.

MEDIATION

Civil and Family Mediation: $175 per hour - Foreclosure/Consumer $75 per hour
Two hour minimum first session.
24-hour notice for cancellations. Weekend cancellations by noon-Thursday
Hourly, Half-day and Full day sessions available
Evening and Weekend hours available. Statewide service available

FACILITATION

$125 per hour
Two hour minimum
48-hour notice for cancellations
Hourly, Half-day and Full day sessions available. Statewide service available
Training materials additional with charges TBD for each facilitation

PARENTING COORDINATION

Fees determined by court are payable prior to beginning of session.
2 hour initial session at a flat rate of $400 includes review of file and 2 hour intake
24-hour notice for cancellation upon notice and consent of other party. Failure to obtain consent of other party may result in cancelling party paying full fee.
Phone calls, correspondence and emails will be charged separately as needed.
